Foundation Fan - total current spend of $1-$199.99. No reward given for this tier, as this customer has just started their Lahay shopping experience.
Core Supporter- total current spend of $200-$549.99. $20 discount emailed on entering this tier.
Raving Fan - total current spend of $550-$899.99. $20 discount emailed on entering this tier.
Die Hard Advocate -total current spend of $900-$1249.99. $25 discount emailed on entering this tier.
Platinum Patron -total current spend of $1250-$1599.99. $25 discount emailed on entering this tier.
Absolute True Believer -total current spend of $1600-$1949.99. $30 discount emailed on entering this tier.
True Lahay Legend -total current spend of $1950-$2299.99. $30 discount emailed on entering this tier.
Lahay Brand Ambassador-total current spend of $2300-$2649.99. $30 discount emailed on entering this tier.
Ultimate Icon- total current spend of $2650- $2999.99. $35 discount emailed on entering this tier.
As you can see, you may receive many discounts as you proceed through the tiers. More money in your pocket (or more garments in your cart 😉)
Terms and Conditions for using and qualifying for tier discounts
Qualifying for discounts- 1. Must be and remain subscribed to our newsletter AND
2. Place at least 1 order within a 12 month period.
Remember to place your orders with the same email address as the one our newsletter is sent to, to progress through the pricing tiers. If you use different emails, our system recognises these as separate customers. For example, Jane ordering using jane@gmail.com is a different customer than Jane ordering using jane@hotmail.com, so it will take poor Jane twice as long to get her rewards 😟
Using discounts- Can be used with no minimum spend but must be used in one transaction. That is, no balance will be carried over. Can be combined with our free shipping threshold. Please note that the discount is calculated first, so the balance of your cart will need to be over $120 after discount is applied to also receive free shipping. Valid for 30 days from issue and cannot be used with any other discounts. Cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be applied to previous orders. No reminder email will be sent after initial discount email is sent.
Your rewards email will have the subject line of "🎉Congrats, you've just upgraded!" , with the preheader being "Here's $XX off your next order!", so get shopping and keep an eye on your inbox 📩
